Throughout her career, Jody has trained an array of clientele ranging from professional and collegiate athletes to senior citizens and persons with disabilities. She has obtained several key certifications through prominent health and fitness organizations, including USA Weightlifting and the CHEK Institute and continues to expand her knowledge and expertise daily.
