Scott is the “Two-for-One” personal trainer: He is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Sports Nutritionist.

Regardless of your health and fitness history, Scott can improve your fitness level. Most of Scott’s clients had started with him with some form of physical, cardiovascular, and/or metabolic pathology. He enjoys improving his clients’ health through various lifestyle and fitness changes. He has worked in the health and fitness field for almost 20 years and he continues to enjoy learning how he can help somebody improve their fitness level. Scott can design an optimal eating and fitness plan to help you achieve optimal health.
His workouts are a challenge, but not impossible. During a session with Scott, you can expect to feel safe while training hard, knowing that you are achieving an effective workout tailored to your specific needs and/or limitations.
