Scott is the “Two-for-One” personal trainer: He is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Sports Nutritionist.

Because of Scott‘s extensive experience, education and specialties in health and fitness, he also has the unique ability to understand detailed blood panels – beyond the typical LDL, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, etc., but also sub-categories of LDL and HDL, such as sdLDL and HDL2b cholesterol. From these results, Scott can design an optimal eating and fitness plan to help you achieve optimal health. Based on Scott‘s suggestions, 100% of his clients have succeeded in achieving their improved blood panels and/or fitness goals, as well as fat loss.
He has a special interest in working with people with autoimmune diseases, such as Type 2 diabetes. His workouts are a challenge, but not impossible. During a session with Scott, you can expect to feel safe while training hard, knowing that you are receiving an effective workout tailored to your specific needs and/or limitations.
